Не работает OpenVPN через HTTP Proxy (8080)

Добрый день подключился для пробы к вашему сервису, для обхода Proxy сервера(в большой организации). открыт только HTTP протокол и порт 8080. Установил openvpn-2.1.3 клиент, настроил все по инструкции, но при попытки соединения программа выдает окно с неудачной попыткой.

Установил Более новую версию клиента 2.3 но попытка подключения в данном случае просто зацикливается и не подключается.
